    Representative Linda Allen is amazing! She's friendly, kind and easy to communicate with. Her professionalism, follow up and follow through is truly appreciated. My husband as a stroke survivor lives daily as a fall risk and he genuinely needed this alert system. As a new subscriber, Linda listened, understood and ensured the alert equipment shipping.     I am happy to highly recommend AloeCare Health services to assist with helping keep family members safe. I have used the service to provide my elderly mother a safety net for years. Joseph in Support has helped me a couple times and has always been kind and patient. I will not be needing this service for my mother, but I am keeping the hardware - because if I need it for myself or someone else in the future I would not hesitate to engage with AloeCare again!     My mother used Aloe medical alert devices for three years. She fell several times and needed to use the service to get help. The call center was terrific. Thanks to Aloe, she was able to live independently, and I had more peace of mind.

    I canceled my mother service with all care health in 2021 and just found out even after disputing with my credit card company in 2022 that they are still charging us. Initially when we got their service we could not get the equipment to work properly. After rounds of transfers and terrible customer service hours the device still did not work And so we canceled the service. Lo and behold at the end of 2022 I see nestled in one of my credit card statements a charge for Aloe Care! This equipment hasn't been plugged into a wall since 2022! It's nice to see that they're tracking the status of their customers equipment and reaching out when a device has been off-line for two years. They're happy enough to charge for it, just not monitor it. Maybe once they see this review they'll see that they're elderly customers device has been out of service for two years and contact everybody to make sure that they're doing Okay. Cheap equipment, no staff monitoring their patients, And predatory billing are the staples of this companies business practices. This is what he is no star review is made for.

    I canceled my mothers service in 2022. I just found out they have been billing me for service non-stop since. The equipment has not been hooked up in over 2.5 years! We originally canceled due to terrible connectivity issues and a device that constantly reset! When the Aloe Care team couldn't resolve the issue we cancelled. Even after disputing the charges with my credit card company in 2022 they began billing again! Shows you how closely they monitor their service. Maybe it only takes three years to notice that their customers devices aren't online. Will they send EMS now?

    Prior to my mom falling and breaking her neck in 2022, I researched all the devices out there. Far and above, AloeCare had THE BEST customer service. Thankfully my mom is able to stay in her home with a caretaker. AloeCare is precisely what we needed so my mom can stay home! Every time I’ve needed help or have a question, EVERYONE is INCREDIBLY kind, helpful, and patient! I guarantee you, you won’t be left with any remorse choosing AloeCare.

    We've been using Aloe Care about three years now for our mom and they've been aces! We recently had some issues replacing the emergency button she wears on her wrist and that was a bit of a grind but once we got the right person from our end on the phone with their folks, we resolved the issue. It took an hour and the customer service rep Joseph was right there with me the whole time and was very professional and quite congenial. We even shared a few laughs.

    We have one piece (a fall sensor) that they have discontinued but still support that may or may not keep working. He told me that if it stops functioning they'll get me a new piece to replace it.

    Highly recommend Aloe Care. Worth every penny.

    My grandparents have been using the Essentials Plus bundle for exactly a year today. Knowing they have the ability to get emergency assistance 24/7 has eased our family's minds. The Mobile Companion 2 has been a godsend. It's comfortable and compact, allowing them to wear it confidently to and from their appointments. Where ever they are, they have emergency services standing by and a wonderful team supporting them! Thank you Aloe Care Health! 10/10 recommend!
