I’ve been to this store several times and it’s just an ok experience. The sales associates- some of them try to be helpful. The manager I think she’s the lady with blonde hair maybe medium /large build, she’s not helpful. Like one of the associates was helping me find an item today and she approaches him and tells him to help at the desk and so what about me? He was helping me find something. She didn’t offer to help or have someone else help… I mean common- where’s the customer service? I just feel like they are lacking in basic customer service and professionalism. Always in a rush mode. No time to engage and help the customer and I’m usually not one...read full review
It was near closing time when my daughter and I went and the service from the staff was on point and very attentive with customers. Store was clean and organized which made it easy to locate the sweater I went there to purchase.
In person stores are ok and products are nice (while over-priced) but online purchase/return process is terrible; horribly incompetent workers are dealing with Super Slowly. Does the company ever provide training for all workers???
I'd highly recommend Lululemon as a whole - just next to it, with way much more convenient methods/policies, always very friendly and helpful.
