It has been lovely to get to receive care from Aimée in the last few months! From my first appointment with her it was so clear that she is well practiced and knowledgeable and has a deep understanding of the body, that goes beyond just the placement of needles. She is kind, open, and understanding and has made me feel like I can enter into each appointment as my full self as she honors the many layers involved in a healing journey. Acupuncture has been such a life shifting medicine for me and receiving from Aimée has felt really comforting during a challenging season with my health.

When I started with Aimée in Fall 2022, I was in bad shape while training for the NYC Marathon. At times, I came in for pain and muscle issues and I left with a solid mental plan to cont. training and building my body for the task at hand. After the Marathon, I continued my practice with Aimée -- acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, and breathing. Aimée starts each practice with checking in -- which requires ME to actually check in with myself -- before I get on the table. This alone brings me into an easeful state.
