I went to the Ahlem in Nolita and my experience was exceptional. I went in there looking you know kind of going to get one pair of titanium frames and they brought out a bunch of frames for me to take a look at and i settled on the Argentine, which I love they kind of brought them out on a whim and you know I put the clear frames on and it was a wrap from there. The representative so knowledgeable and so attentive and I love the premium experience I mean you’re paying a premium price for a great product and you want the service to be on the same level and the service was exceptional on all levels. Bought some beautiful stylish frames from Ahlem that I love and wear all the time. Beyond that, I tend to keep coming back because of the customer service I receive from Max and other associates. This truly speaks volume to the craftsmanship and care put into the brand. I will be back for more!

I was in the neighborhood and popped in to have my 2 pairs of glasses adjusted. Max not only adjusted them, but noticed the frame of my sunglasses needed polishing. It was dry and he explained that a polish would help with longevity. I also showed him my eyeglass pouch that holds two frames. One of the snaps popped out of the cloth pouch and tore the fabric in the area. Having studied fashion, he offered to fix it. I was very appreciative! 1. They no longer make the pouch 2. It was costly to begin with, and 3. I always love when someone goes above and beyond. As for their frames, they have interesting details AND are timeless.
