After more than 20 years of wearing glasses, my needs have become fairly specific — complex lens types, particular shapes, precise materials. This was my first time at this store, and it exceeded every expectation.
The two main staff members are genuinely knowledgeable, not just about frames but about the details that actually matter: proper fit, measurements, how different shapes and colors work with your face. That level of expertise is rare. When it turned out the reading portion of my previous prescription was a bit off, they offered to redo it without hesitation with a new one.

I discovered the Ahlem brand through a luxury curation website and decided to visit their store out of curiosity. Max, who assisted me, was absolutely exceptional. He went above and beyond—cleaning and adjusting my own glasses, which I hadn’t even purchased from Ahlem. His expertise and care made the entire experience feel effortless and refined.

Popped in at the last minute to see if they could help me with repairing a pair of glasses that I had broken the nosepad off of. Not only was the kind young man incredibly quick with the repair (despite the fact that I had not purchased the glasses from here), he was also nice enough to clean them! Absolutely wonderful service, and the product selection seemed lovely, as well.
