I was impressed with Shelly from my initial meeting; she's a consummate professional and has a beautiful, warm personality. She's a detail oriented, fast worker with exceptionally fair prices compared to many in the industry. She takes pride in her work, and I leave every appointment satisfied with the procedure and experience. The treatments have been successful, and I recommended her highly. Wish I met her sooner; I would've saved lots of time and money.
Absolutely love going to Shelly! She's worked with me weekly for almost a year. She took the time to find what works best for me personally in this process down to pain management and guidance for healing the skin within the 4 /5 days. She is transparent on the good and the bad of electrolysis. Shelly welcoming her clients into her home to get business done, is old school NYC and brings a level of comfort unmatched in a waiting room.
