Tried to get information on a product sent to our company and Mindy in the customer service should not be working with customers. Poor communication skills with no knowledge of how to help. Would not recommend.Service: Security cameras

Absolutely the most unprofessional security company out there. Made appointment with Dave Colon to discuss reactivating a storm damaged AFA system. Mr. Colon was a no show. Followed up and Mr Colon came down and gave a telephone book number. When I broke down numbers and came to a ridiculously high unit price he said he may have overestimated and would talk to install manager and get back to me. In typical AFA fashion he never got back to me. Avoid this company.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!We've been waiting for 2 years for AFA to finish our fire alarm system. We are currently OUT OF BUSINESS thanks to AFA! not responsive and completely unorganized, AFA has no respect for small business owners specially when they are women of color.Our dreams and our business gone thanks to this company. Even FDNY told us on the phone that not only did they abandon the plans at some point last year but that nobody was monitoring anything.Service: Installation
