Please please please Avoid corporates like this. They got me in so much trouble that I have to pay an arm and a leg in fire watch services, for panel replacements and upgrades that I cannot begin to explain. Very unprofessional.

Tried to get information on a product sent to our company and Mindy in the customer service should not be working with customers. Poor communication skills with no knowledge of how to help. Would not recommend.Service: Security cameras

Absolutely the most unprofessional security company out there. Made appointment with Dave Colon to discuss reactivating a storm damaged AFA system. Mr. Colon was a no show. Followed up and Mr Colon came down and gave a telephone book number. When I broke down numbers and came to a ridiculously high unit price he said he may have overestimated and would talk to install manager and get back to me. In typical AFA fashion he never got back to me. Avoid this company.
