If you really do not want to worry, don't waste your time calling anyone else! Monique is truly the absolute best. We lost our original baby nurse we hired on our own last minute, and when I was exhausted and home with a 3 day old baby, I finally found out about Absolute Best. I had contacted other agencies, but no one could help at the last minute. Monique told me she would have someone for me that night, and something in her voice told me she would. Not only did she have someone, our baby nurse Deanne has become part of the family in such a short time. We extended her twice and I feel so comfortable when she is here. I was able to sleep through the night and recover from preeclampsia. We have also had a couple of fill ins on nights she was off, and they were equally warm and wonderful. Monique truly cares about her clients, she is full of energy, is available when you need her, and listens and understands what your needs are. I am so thankful I found ABC - her team of baby nurses are true professionals who all love what they do and it shows.
I wasn't sure what to expect when I reached out to Absolute Best Care @ 6am while in the hospital with our baby, but immediately we were contacted by the owner Monique. She listened to our concerns and our needs, which was no short order because we needed a nurse for the next day. She found someone and worked well into the night to make sure we had what we were looking for. Marlene was incredible for us, just as Monique said she would be. I can't recommend Monique and Absolute Best Care enough.
