I’ve been coming here for years, and I trust Alessandro and his team with all my repairs. They’re always reliable and do great work. I had a dress with a rip on the back, and fixing it turned out to be trickier than expected. The first repair wasn’t perfect, and instead of just handing it back to me, Alessandro made sure it was redone by another specialist on his team even though it was after hours. He wanted me to make sure I could have my dress back before my event! The final result was also amazing—you can barely tell anything was ever wrong!

Absolutely amazing experience with Alessandro, the business owner! I had a last minute request from a brand I work with needing temporary alterations for a fitting for NYFW and I inquired only 2-3 days before needing this service! Alessandro went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate all our needs and come to the location we needed. He asked every question and made sure he could meet all of the requirements needed. Truly such a great business owner + business. We could not be more pleased with their work! They are truly talented at what they do! I brought in two items that needed serious alterations and they did an incredible job! Red dress was hemmed, taken in at the waist/arms, and sleeves shortened and it fit perfectly when i came to pick it up. My other item was a dress that i asked to be made into a skirt and it was also done perfectly. Thrilled with the quality and speed of service, already planning to come back!
