Have been comming here for years because they do a good job.
I had a problem with my wash, called and after a bit of back and forth was re washed and ok.
My main reason for writing this review is the suspicion of 7 bad reviews within a day.Seams like someone is misusing this platform, really not ok.
I used their wash and fold service when I used to live in Stuytown and never had any complaints! Also Kody is the cutest shibe, who would curl around my legs when I came to pick up laundry :)
Best small business owners in the neighborhood. We have only gotten a sweater repair and a bag repair so can’t speak of the dry cleaning services yet. Both times, they were amazing and were very honest about what they can and cannot provide which I really appreciated. I highly recommend everyone to go. A++++++
