Excellent service by experienced and very knowledgeable locksmiths. Two locks on our door had failed. The technician arrived promptly at the appointed time and was able to adjust and repair the locks in under 30 minutes, requiring only one inexpensive replacement part that the shop sent over right away. The locksmith and shop employees I spoke with were professional, responsive and transparent about what they were doing and the price was reasonable.

Not too pleased. My lock failed and I called them. they wouldn't come same day but when they did come they replaced a top of the line non-dupicatable lock with a generic cyclinder. These guys are lock experts and to not even recognize they were replacing a high end lock or give me the option of getting something similar is not acceptable. I feel like my security is being compromised by their negligence here and that's not a good feeling. I tried contacting them and no one has called me back
Im editing my review and increasing my rating. After this experience they made good and upgraded the cylinder

Had a very positive experience with Baudy! We were locked out of our apartment and she very quickly manipulated our lock, getting us back inside in no time at all. Also awesome seeing a woman doing this job, and with such ease and expertise!
