Based on the reviews, A to Z Media is a super reliable team with fast service. Every interaction was pain free. They always deliver products on time and to a high standard, going above and beyond for clients and artists. The team provides solutions to all kinds of problems, minor or major, and are the friendliest bunch of people. One reviewer had a good experience despite some delays due to statics in test pressings, which were fixed. There was also an issue with colors on the Gatefold jacket not matching the original file, which was the reviewer’s fault for submitting files in the wrong format. After receiving the full shipment, the reviewer was very very very satisfied with how everything turned out. The advice given is to be flexible with time for the product to turn out exactly as wanted. The team is absolutely amazing to work with, making sure everyone is happy.
My experience with A to Z was good despite some delays because of some statics in the test pressings, I went to their office twice to figure out what was the problem and what was causing the statics and they did fix it.
I also had to update the names on the files i submitted multiple times and the colors on the Gatefold jacket were not the same as i have them in my original file but it was my bad because i submitted the files in the wrong format.
However, i now have the full shipment and i am very very very satisfied how everything turned out!

Andy, Ryan and Kristen are absolutely amazing to work with. I have worked with A to Z for over 4 years and they always deliver products on time and to high standard. They go above and beyond for us and our artists, always making sure everyone is happy whether it's a simple 1k repress of CDs or 50k bespoke vinyl orders.
They provide solutions to all kinds of problems, minor or major and are the friendliest bunch of people.
