Crystal has been a huge help for my lower back -- several massage sessions with her got me back moving again and I've been able to stay pain-free. Crystal really listens to you, and is very tuned in to where the problems are in the body: a healer!
I never knew how therapeutic and relaxing massage could be. Crystal is an extremely friendly and knowledgeable person. She has a lifelong client. She deserves more than the five stars I can give her here.
It took me going twice to really "fix" what was going on with my back. I had a right hip replacement about two years ago. Then I had a left knee replacement six months ago. My right leg is over a half inch shorter than the other. As my left knee healed I really messed up my back not walking correctly.I tried to stretch everyday with no success. Crystal worked on my upper back the first time and then my lower back the second time.She did a phenomenal job honing in on the parts of my back that were so tight. It wasn't painful during the massage which was surprising.I have tried other massage therapists and they were not able to really accomplish helping me... read full review
