Todd was very helpful with an issue that I recently had with one of our appliances. He was able to help me over the phone to fix the issue. Todd is a very upstanding knowledgeable repairman who I would recommend to anyone with a problem with their appliances.

I am so Thankful that where I purchased my appliances years ago that TODD is their repair person! He's been too our home on multiple occasions to repair several appliances. I could not be any more satisfied then I already am with Todd! Todd is friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, respectful to our home! After waiting 10 days for an appt. Dealing with only AI, and then having a no show with a different company, I tried Todd's Appliance Repair. I should have tried Todd's first.
Blessing 1- Todd's Appliance Repair called back within an hr ( a live human) and
Blessing 2- He fit me into his schedule that very day, as he was in my area.
Blessing 3- Todd was polite, kind, professional, hobest, and done in a manner of minutes.
Blessing 4- I have a speed queen washer that needed a belt replaced and he had the part. No waiting and in December too!
