We received top notch service (as always). Craig is extremely thorough and explains everything so you know exactly what is being worked on and if anything further needs to be done. The services offered by Royal Class are excellent.
I chose right with Royal Class Service when it came to my Bosch Heat Pump installation. From the multiple visits from Dave to correctly size the system, while understanding my budget and recommending the right system, to the very pro install by Dan and Justin it all went smoothly. You really can’t go wrong with this company.
Update: one year in and Craig provided great service. A really good team.
I love the fact that they communicate with you the entire day. You are given a picture of your service person and you know when they're going to arrive. Our service tech was wonderful and went above and beyond to help us with all of our needs and answer any questions that we might have.
