Dylan was absolutely amazing, I had no bathroom less than 30 days after moving into our new home. They came the following morning for an assessment and literally stayed the whole day and fixed it. My ceiling isn’t pouring water anymore, the work was clean, and they urgently came without an emergent price.
Craig did a very thorough review of our heating systems & explained everything clearly. He made sure we understood his findings before he left. He was prompt & professional. We are VERY happy with today’s service.
Craig and Paul took care of my furnace maintenance quickly and fixed another issue I did not know about. They moved onto my shower faucet and provided options after realizing a previous contractor gerry-rigged a problem. I like that Craig and Paul were quick to diagnose and then provide suggestions. They were efficient and were able to obtain necessary parts to finish the job the next day. They were easy to talk to and were very attentive to making sure my cats did not escape. I appreciate their work ethic and kindness.
