Poor service and biased. I waited for 40 minutes after being told 45 minutes wait time for service. I was patient and understood they were busy. Then new customers came in and were given service before me with no explanation or even regard for me. When I voiced up I was sat in a pedicure chair for 15 more minutes while they serviced others who came in after me. I finally told the girl at the front desk that I was leaving and she said, come back tomorrow. One hour of wasted time. I would have preferred if she said they were fully booked rather than be treated like a second class citizen. I never returned and will not. They were my go to for pedicures, never again.
