“Absolutely the best.Let me start by saying that I’m a crazy person who treats my dog like a human baby. I love her more than anything in the world. She also has terrible teeth, common to her micro-breed. (Little dogs = little teeth = tiniest bit of decay can destroy a tooth in a blink.)Dr. Surgeon and his assistant Maria are AMAZING. The office is small and intimate and so welcoming and warm. The technology they use is state of the art and the doctor even showed me how the various imagining machines worked, and he explained in detail what he saw and what he did. He was so kind and thorough and honestly— I didn’t think they made doctors like this anymore. He’s like someone from a totally different era; so wise and decent. He told me “I still do this because I love the animals” and that’s clearly true.Maria was also so warm and loving to my little dog and I could tell my pup felt truly comfortable and at ease with her. I was so nervous about having my dog’s teeth dealt with but Dr. Surgeon and Maria honestly could not have done more to put my mind completely at ease.DO NOT HESITATE to bring your dog here. And please note, anyone who has left a bad review (go ahead and read them) is complaining solely about money. Well; no, it’s not cheap to have your animal go under anesthesia and have complicated surgical procedures performed. That’s why there’s pet insurance. I’m sorry if it’s going to cost you a lot, but that’s not a reason to blast a truly gifted and deeply caring doctor. No one can possibly have anything bad to say about how their animal was treated here, because it’s impossible to imagine Maria and Dr. Surgeon reacting to any creature with anything less than total professionalism and love. So glad I found them and so happy to be able to return for cleanings in the future.“

“This hospital has the best staff and they are truly amazing . The doctors have Great bedside manner , explain everything throughly and never charge just to charge. My babies have Always received the best care here. The hospital always looks and smells clean. The other staff members are always kind helpful and informative. I highly recommend Stamen .“

“We said goodbye to our 13yr old lab/pit Eli… he was recently diagnosed with osteosarcoma and we were running out of time. The dr helped us make the right choice and was so gentle with our boy as we said goodbye. We are so glad we honored him and his goodbye in such a comfortable and loving way at home. 10/10 recommend if you need a personal goodbye and to take your time getting closure. “I had a great experience with the staff at Greenwich Animal Hospital. I was dog sitting my daughter’s dog and he needed to go back to the vet at Greenwich Hospital to have his ears repacked. Sonny is quite a large dog. Once I arrived, I called in and Vitally came out and helped me get Sonny out of the car. He let Son stopped and smell the roses and then took him right in and took care of his ears. While I waited, the front desk, girl was amazingly personable. Once Vitally brought Sonny back out of the room, he helped me put him back in the car. I was eternally grateful. It was such a smooth transition from one step to another. The place is immaculate. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Thank you for that.“

“I never write reviews but this one is necessary! Dr. Pozo is truly a gem, she’s so warm and gracious and puts you right at ease! She squeezed me in to see my two newly adopted cats when I found out one of them was given to me sick. She examined them both and prescribed medicine, taking the time to teach me how to administer and tips on how to keep the cats calm and how to prevent myself from getting scratched! She has since been very kind to answer all my follow up worry some questions and has also taken care of my dog. If you’ve been searching for a vet, I highly recommend you put your trust in Dr. Pozo!“

“I was able to get an appointment for the next morning (a Sunday) for my dog. In & out in 45 min which isn't terrible. $119 for the initial visit & another $114 for 2 meds & a poo test. Can't complain I guess.“

“The veterinary office was amazing, and I feel so lucky to have discovered it. I needed a same-day appointment for my cat, and every other place I called wanted to charge fees for that. What's up with that? But this office got me an appointment right away, and I didn't have to wait long at all. The whole staff was super friendly, and the prices were great. They didn’t want to push for 100’s of test so they did what they thought necessary, and they called me back as soon as they got the results for additional recommendations . I look forward to taking all my pets there in the future.“

I had found parking in the front of the clinic and my dog hates getting out of my truck.. (his fear)
so I had the door open, and I was just talking to him, waiting for him to be comfortable to come out. One of the girls that work there saw me and decided on her own to come out and be super helpful and greet my dog and try and help me get him out and make him feel comfortable! it may sound like not a big deal, but it was because she didn’t have to come out and go out of her way to help me without me asking.
so we get him out of the car, we go inside he was so happy… All the girls inside were so welcoming so sweet and so obsessed with my Boy Dante! I did not wait long at all, actually I only waited Maybe about 5 minutes 10 minutes.MAX. which normally at all my old vets, I’ve always waited at least 30 mins. (this definitely helps us as pet owners and also our pets that hate waiting in a waiting room getting anxious)
then I go into the room to see Dr. Anastasiou .. (the best!!!) The most kindest, gentle and educated Veterinarian! listened to all my concerns, paid attention to my dogs behavior, mannerisms, and took good care of him! he did not rush me out, and he made everything super easy!! I highly recommend Middletown animal clinic! 10/10 !!!“
