To anyone looking to buy flooring...please do not buy it from this company T.F. Andrew 607 Main street New Rochelle, N.Y. 10801 also 18 Columbus Ave. New Rochelle N.Y. 10801 same store but has two address. What they do is sell you a product that is brand name but what you receive is not the same as what you ordered. The warehouse that it came from is New Jersey tile and Stone. Please beware of these companies. I was told it was a special order...I did not change the color or the size they are pre package so all of them come the same. I was told it was a special order because it had to come from the warehouse. I purchased a floor from them and when I picked it up and got home it was not the same flooring that I purchased. It was some cheap floor and it was also broke in pieces. I called them to take it back and was told no returns. They would not take back the broken ones. Told me to read the fine print. Fine print look at photo. If you are looking for a quality floor this is not the place and if you do decide to go there don't let Liz help you. You will be sorry

The most UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever spoken with. When they originally did the work on the space they did not do the seems correctly so it almost immediately started ripping at the seems. I was told numerous times it would be fixed but it never was. Years later, when the building had more work to do they offered to fix the problems they made if we gave them the business. The landlord agreed and it was a DISASTER. The carpet they replaced is the wrong color, they damaged the carpet that was in tact when they moved the furniture and the patchwork is not only HIDEOUS it is UNSAFE. The owner BRIAN did not answer the techs calls so I had to call the office and get his number. When I spoke to him on the phone he was ERRATIC, RUDE and MEAN. I very calmly tried to explain my concerns I had to ask him to take a breath and speak slower because he was YELLING and speaking very fast. He inevitably HUNG UP on me! If you want to be VERBALLY ASSAULTED, create an UNSAFE work environment and your carpets to look like something out of 101 Dalmatians by all means CALL BRIAN!
