I am so happy with my new floor from TF Andrews. I had a bad experience with one of the big discount home stores, so I decided to use TF Andrews. The selection was great - I found exactly what I wanted. Frank Santana was helpful in placing the order and the measurement was done the next day. There was a potential timing issue with the installation, because the product was back ordered, but Sherece worked to make sure the product arrived at their warehouse and the installation was on time. Carlos installed the floor and it looks great. I especially appreciated the fact that Sherece kept me informed every step of the process. I would definitely use this store again.
