Otis was great! We purchased a house where we pulled up some carpet on the stairs & in the den, and wanted those rooms redfinished. He helped us identify what floors we had and recommendation that it wouldn't look nice doing just the requested areas. He incorporated the entire first floor at a reasonable rate when other companies wanted to double the price for the two extra rooms. He also was able to perform the work quickly so it was done by the time we needed to move in. We absolutely love the results!

it went very well , called me back right away, set up a time showed up on time did the work woked very well with a great personality, and professionalism my Husband and I are very happy with the floors THEY CAME OUT GREAT!!!!! I've given him two recommendations so far also very trustworthy Great price too. the man knows his flooring!
