As a 67-year-old, I wasn’t sure what to expect walking into a studio, but Caesar immediately made me feel at home. I never felt out of place; instead, I knew instantly I was in the right hands. He is a true professional who treats his clients with immense respect.

I came to Caesar with a very meaningful design—a fine-line dragon and angel wing composition with a personal letter 'D' at the center. This piece was incredibly special as my sister, who recently passed away, saw the sketch and loved it before she went. Caesar handled the emotional weight of this memorial tattoo with such professionalism and grace.

His technical skill is top-tier. He perfectly captured the intricate details of the design and was incredibly helpful with placement on my inner forearm to ensure the lines flowed naturally. The shop is spotless, and his use of high-quality film aftercare makes the healing process simple and worry-free.

Although Caesar is renowned across the New York Metro Area for his expertise in custom, large-scale black and gray tattooing, his versatility with this delicate fine-line tribute was incredible. “I had a piercing which I took out 2 years ago from somewhere in Baltimore NOT here or in any relation to this place . And I wanted it back , so I did research on piercing shops in the area . And out of all of them , this one sparked my interest and seemed a lot more professional . Upon entrance I noticed the beautiful art and cleanliness, I was greeted and told where I’d be waiting to get my piercing. I did not wait long , the young lady who did my piercing (frog eyes) was so knowledgeable and told me what was wrong with my previous piercing that I got done elsewhere , and ensured me that she’ll get it right . It was fast , and painless which i was surprised , she also followed the necessary steps to ensure proper hygiene . Very decent prices . I plan on going here if I ever want to get any other piercing . I’m still not a tattoo person but if/ when the time comes I’d definitely be giving them a visit for that as well. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and confident that I was in great hands. Everything she used was sterile and extremely clean, which made me feel very safe throughout the entire process.

Before starting, Olga applied a numbing cream to the area, so the procedure was completely painless. I had my eyebrows tattooed using the micropigmentation powder technique, which gives a very soft, natural look. The results are beautiful and natural-looking—exactly what I wanted.

She also corrected previous eyebrow work that I had done somewhere else and refreshed the color perfectly. Her experience and attention to detail really show in her work. My eyebrows look amazing and the results last for years.

The piercer also does dermal implants so that’s a big plus since it’s so difficult to find a shop in the area that knows how to do them.“
