A memorial was scheduled in our restaurant.. Someone ordered a bouquet through this flowers store.. unfortunately, flowers were delivered 3 hours after the party was over:((( The people hosteing the party were already gone back to NYC! Bouquet was squeezed in plastic …. Most of the flowers bordering g the bouquet were smashed.. and this morning, lots of them , dead! I have never experienced something like this.. not only not delivered on time..but most flowers not lasting more than one day..
I am taking the time to write this review as I wish this florist will get their job seriously! I have advised my client to refuse the charge! I have tried to understand why this was not delivered on time .. All I got was a hang up….

Extremely poor quality. I got a beautiful bouquet from my family, after only three days I had to throw it out because all flowers were dead, especially the roses

Absolutely Made my wifes week with the beautiful arrangement, 2 dozen roses. Fresh and lasted so long! First time buyer but will be ordering again

I went there in person a few weeks ago. This is indeed a real florist. My son and his girlfriend loved the crossaiges we picked up.
Quick service! and the fresh flowers all throughout the store was nice to see

I ordered flowers from FTD. FTD messed up on this and used New Rochelle Flowers for a funeral 20 miles away. They also told New Rochelle Florist to deliver the flowers between 6-8 pm. We requested them to arrive at noon. Despite the bumps in the road, we appreciate that New Rochelle florist took the trip to deliver a stunning display of florals!

I made an order online this morning to be delivered today. It is after 9pm and the order has yet to arrive. I called the shop and no one answered. Left a message and still waiting. Hopefully tomorrow the arrangement will arrive.

Unfortunately this florist cannot be recommended by me. After seeing the arrangement that was sent I noticed it was not at all like the one pictured on the website. Roses were bruised on edges and container different than what was expected. Meant for a baby boy and received a solid blue glass container without a call to discuss changes. When I called to ask questions the woman told me to hold on and then hung up. After I called back it went to voicemail!! Not pleased with the service and wish I went to Google review before ordering.
