Mother’s Day florist never came. Their phone number is on the Rocklandflorist.net (there is no Rockland Florist company) website and the website uses a third party broker Teleflora. Very unreliable - do NOT use them. Go to a different local florist.

I placed an order through Teleflora that was fulfilled by this florist. Imagine my surprise when I arrived at the funeral home to see the deluxe peace lily plant I ordered for my dear friend's mom's passing was a gardenia in bucket - less that half the size, sitting on a shelf in the back of the room. No acknowledgment or phone call by either the florist or Teleflora to let me know of the substitution - which clearly was NOT a comparable item. So frustrating and angering. Buyer beware!!!!!!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a grieving family. A woman from the store called me with questions about the delivery address and as I was trying to answer her as best I could, she became frustrated and literally hung up the phone on me. I called back several times to question why she hung up and also because I was now concerned about my flowers being delivered on time, but no answer. I emailed the shop, but no response. I called the next day and spoke to a different woman, who said she couldn’t apologize for whoever hung up on me because she was not at work the day before.
