Nine years ago I needed to replace my hot water heater. I called several plumbers and at that time Michael gave me the best price. I was very pleased with his work and decided I would use Michael if I had other plumbing issues. I called Michael shortly thereafter about a plumbing problem I was having and his wife Lisa informed me he was too busy doing work for contractors to help me. I called two more times after that and got the same response. Recently I needed to again replace my hot water heater. I called Michael and he showed up within an hour. Called Michael for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. He came explained gave me different ideas that worked-out much better. He is patient in answering questions, always arrives on time. Work is excellent and very competitive in pricing.
