They missed or "double booked" our first scheduled appointment and then didn't correctly fix two of three small plumbing issues we called them for. I also asked for a quote for a split system I never received from both the plumber who arrived and the foreman. The plumber was perfectly nice, but I was frustrated they separated my visit into two visits versus one. The issue they fixed correctly was a slow leaking bathtub faucet. They did renegotiate my bill after I expressed my concerns which I was thankful for.

I have to update my earlier review. I've tried to get in touch with them several times by both text and email to get some plumbing work done. They said they were busy with plumbing emergencies which take priority (which is reasonable as my stuff wasn't urgent), then they had a family emergency, but after a couple of more attempts to get a quote on a job I gave up because they didn't respond.

Vincent and his team are amazing plumbers. They are quick to respond to messages and do high quality work. Neat, efficient and a high degree of knowledge. Vincent came in a Sunday after my basement flooded, and assessed the problem and fixed the issues the same week. You feel like you are his only customer when you work with Tradestar and Vincent. They installed a new sump pump, hot water heater after flood damage, and cleared the drain lines. I will trust him with all my home plumbing issues.
