Polite technician but the work is NOT worth the price. I paid $50 for cat eye manicure and the work was rushed. There are a bunch of small bubbles on most of the nails and cuticles were not completely cleaned. it is definitely not worth the price I paid for. Also, they charged an extra $2 if you pay with Apple Pay. Not a big deal but for the total price paid of $60 (with tip), I would’ve paid a little more and gotten both a mani and pedi with a much better service. I will not be returning.

I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to share my experience. I chose a French set because I was told it would be cheaper than cat eye but it ended up being the same price. The price wasn't the issue, I just wish everything had been explained more clearly. Shawn did my nails. Even after showing a reference photo, the shape and French tips didn't come out the way I asked. When I requested a small adjustment, the response felt dismissive. The women working there were very kind. My experience with the male staff was not as positive. For the same price, there are better options in New Rochelle.

Second time I had cuticle nippers used from the drawer not sanitizer. Reminded me to tip when I always tip. Nails were different sizes on each hand it looked like 2 different people did my nails . I went home and had to fix them. I’m done going here. Pedicure rushed. I have Been a customer for many years. I’m done. Sorry I just can't do it anymore .

A wonderful experience each and every time. I have had pedicures and gel manicures here and they have knocked it out of the park every time. I have very fragile Nails due to lupus and they have done an amazing job of both caring for my nails and applying beautiful colors. I have had much healthier growth from my nails since coming here and my gel manicure typically last weeks before beginning to chip. Lovely atmosphere and friendly service

I would save myself the trouble and do it at home. My peeling skin around my nails became worse after this manicure I had here. They don’t know what they are doing.

I went to Lily’s for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. The staff is kind and welcoming. I needed a dip powder manicure and Shawn did an excellent job. Getting my nails done is usually stressful for me because my skin is so sensitive, but he was super gentle and very careful. He really took his time and made my nails look perfect! Can’t recommend enough!

Today was my first visit to Lilys Nails ,and it was the best !Staff was very welcoming and very kind ,pleasant,clean place .My spa pedicure was great ,coco took her time and did a wonderful job.I found my new ,favorite nail salon ,thank you -see you soon !!

I visited this salon because my usual place was closed, so it was a one-time visit. I opted for the golden spa treatment, and while the pedicure itself was satisfactory, I don’t believe it was worth the $90. Additionally, they charge $1 for quick dry nail polish and $4 to use Essie nail polish, which I declined because I felt the $90 should cover these costs. The salon also needs to improve the sanitation and cleanliness of their workstations, chairs, and equipment. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
