I’ve been coming here for years because the nail techs do consistently beautiful work. They’re talented, professional, and always do their best, which is why it’s disappointing to leave this review.

Since the new owner took over, there have been ongoing administrative issues, including double-booking appointments and poor communication. The biggest problem, though, has been the lack of air conditioning during the summer. On multiple occasions I’ve been told the AC “wasn’t working,” including during a heat wave. Me and my girlfriend get a pedicure here frequently. They are so clean and they definitely know what they’re doing. I’ve been getting pedicures for years so I can tell if it’s good. They’re truly amazing! Give them a try :) ignore their bad reviews, they really are sweet and try their best to make clients happy.

My wife comes here every week she is obsessed with the pedicures because they always take their time and are very meticulous. I also noticed they are under new management recently and the new owner is very warm and nice. I don't feel uncomfortable at all coming here as a male. They're also doing a special for gift certificates of buy $100 get 20% off so I was able to get a Christmas gift card for my wife and saved some money. Very cool and I will be back for another pedicure with my wife Bianca.
