Gifts of Love Party Store

This is our 4th time using Gifts of Love for our balloons. They are fair priced and easy to work with.

I had such an amazing experience working with Gifts of Love Party Store for my son’s 10th birthday! From start to finish, everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. They were professional, organized, and truly brought my vision to life.

The setup was absolutely beautiful, and every detail was handled with care. I didn’t run into any issues at all, which made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. My son and his friends loved it, and I received so many compliments from guests.

I’m so grateful for their hard work and dedication. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to create a special and memorable event!

I've been dealing with this company for five years straight. They never disappointed me. The staff are so friendly.

I picked up the balloons on the way to my Open House. Fast service and the owner is very kind.

I have been ordering from a gift of love since they were located on webster Ave in New Rochelle, I ordered 10 chairs and a six inch table along with two number two balloons, I picked the items up and as soon as we drove off a balloon popped now. The balloons were 16.00 dollars each so I immediately called the store and spoke to George and advised him of what took place, George stated the balloons had been blown up since 1pm and have been fine in the store and he stated it must be my car, I then asked can I come pick up another balloon to replace the one that just popped and he said they ormally don't accommodate customers once the items have left the store but for this one time he would accommodate me and charge me 7.50 each but I need to pay upfront. I asked George could I call him right back which I did and he stated I know I told you 7.50 each but it's actually 8.00 plus tax, being that I needed to replace the ballon I paid and went back to pick up the replacement and 5 minutes later it popped. George said it must be my car because we have sold number two balloons all day yesterday and there was no issue but today it's raining maybe that is the cause of it popping, George stated he already accommodated me by charging me half price and there was nothing else he could do and again it must be my car mean while I live 5 minutes away. I soon discovered this place is not managed by the original owners. George was not very helpful in this matter and the customer service was horrible. I am very disappointed with my service today and will not be returning.
