I was a walk in. Fortunately, I was there when the office opened. I was taken right away. The office assistant was very professional, social distancing was practiced, I observed that the exam area was wiped after each patient. Dr. Digiorgio gave me a thorough exam and explained the outcome to me. I have used Dr. Digiorgio in the past and will continue to do so. Costco has a large variety of frames and offer very courteous and quick service.

I had an excellent experience at the Costco optometry department. I arrived without an appointment and was given the option to wait for an opening. Fortunately, there was a cancellation, and I was able to be seen sooner than expected. The assistant was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole process smooth. The optometrist listened carefully to my needs and went above and beyond by printing my old prescription to ensure my new glasses would be a better fit than the last pair. Great customer service all around!
