This is the best eye care center in all of Westchester. Dr. D is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and patient. Chris, who’s at the front desk is very attentive, professional, and nice. Juan, the frame and lens Wizard, is incredibly helpful, patient, hilarious, and just a really kind human being. You can’t go wrong here!

The front desk was overwhelmed with calls. In between, she took the time to inform me that I was checked in and would be seen. The person who helped with the glasses selection explained the cost, so when the bill came, I was not surprised. It was exactly as explained.

I love Dr. D. She's always warm and welcoming. Getting my eyes checked annually at Bright Eyes Optometry is great.
However, the problem lies with the desk staff.
My eye exam was on October 29th, 2024, for glasses and contact lens fitting. Dr. D recommended that I try two different types of contact lenses, and I was told I would receive a call when they were ready for pick-up.
The call never came.
A month later, I called and was promised a callback, but that never happened either. I called again in December, and the same thing occurred. In January, I left... read full review
