Very clean and calm. Came in as a walk in for a pedicure and was seated right away. Did the lavender spa pedicure and my feet feel great! Everyone was very friendly and they were very detailed.

Service was great and the ladies are very friendly, BUT the gel Polish started to chip THE NEXT DAY!!!??? Also my pedicure was poorly done! I just moved to new rochelle i think ill stick to getting simple gel mani and pedis in either the bx or harlem. This place just didnt cut it for me. Nice people tho :)Services: Pedicure

I highly recommend this place . Andrew and his staff are very professional, welcoming and the place is impeccably spotless. I have been going to this place for many years and recently moved out of state and whenever I visit, that is my first stop. I trust no one else. I've witnessed myself their cleaning procedures after each client and Andrew fills in where needed when it gets busy.

I have went to many salons and just moved to the area and decided to try this one. My husband and I went there last Monday and were told to come back at 4:30 pm by the gentleman behind the counter for me to get dipped nail color change and him to get a manicure. We arrived at the specified time and at first the lady (Jenny) got the cotton balls out to soak off my previous nails, but then she starts to file them with a regular file. I informed her at that time that I had dipped nails on. She ignored me and continued what she was doing, trying to tell me I should go with the gel nail. So I said, "ok, let's do that!" She proceeded to tell me she didn't have time, next time. Without taking the dipped powder gel off, she painted my nails over it. If that wasn't enough it looked like a two year old had painted my nails, with it all outside the nail, and not even down to the cuticle. I am not a person who is confrontational and even though I tried to tell my husband we were not staying for his manicure, he didn't understand. She started his manicure by cutting his nails with clippers, put lotion on them and never filed them. I was so upset that I didn't pay attention to what she was doing with his manicure. After we left he kept scratching himself where it left marks on his arm, so I felt his nails and they were ragged. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else, there are lots of other nail salons in the area. (To be honest I wouldn't even give them a one star)!
