I got the SilkPress with Olaplex treatment and Saye also used enough heat protectant.. I loved it and the best part is when I washed my hair later I still had my curls.

Made an appointment here. At the day and time of the appointment, the place was closed. Never heard back from the owner who was who I made the appointment with. Why, just why?

Saye is a class act and knows hair well. He has great patience, listens to the client and is always ready to pivot with a pleasant attitude.

Made an appointment here. At the day and time of the appointment, the place was closed. Never heard back from the owner who was who I made the appointment with. Why, just why?

I booked an appointment which was cancelled the day before with no call or explanation. When I tried to rebook the same time and stylist showed available still? (They may need a better system as it seems from some other reviews) It was my second attempt at trying this place out. It didn't work great the first time but wanted to try again for something more simple. I do agree w some of the other comments, it feels a little over priced but not crazy if you want good service but that doesn't seem to be the case, make an appointment for it to be canceled, show up early to have to wait almost an hour, be charged more that listed, and the cash only or cashapp /zelle is uncomfortable its $15 for a card reader charge the 2-3% for card use and make it convenient for your clients. I will also say the owners rude and aggressive response to some of the reviews is really a turn off and very unprofessional. I was shocked at some of his responses. I don't think there will be a 3rd. Still wish them the best of luck.

I've been here twice to get a Bella silk press treatment with Jo'nelle. Both times I've had a good experience; and I've gotten a lot compliments on my hair. I got a trim the last time I was there, and it turned out great. I would recommend this place.

I arrived a bit early for my appointment but Saye was very welcoming . We had a small conversation about how I found out about his business and my hair journey. The conversation was knowledgeable and intriguing , im looking forward to working with Saye !!! But for my first time I booked JoNelle with a silk press. I was very satisfied!! My hair looked and felt amazing. I like my hair straight and I got exactly what I wanted. Looking forward to being a long term customer !! I would recommend to anyone looking for a black owned hair salon that knows what they're doing and welcoming !!!

Saye did a great job with my curly cut and transformation. He took his time and defined every single curl, explained the process, and showed me what products are best for my hair. Over all I'm very impressed and satisfied with how my hair came out!
