A friend of mine recommended 5 Squares in 2018 and it has changed my life. I have been eating the delicious meals for almost 7 years and cannot imagine life without 5 Squares. I work very long hours and do not cook. The meals are absolutely delicious there are a variety to choose from. I lost extra pounds when I started the food service and have been able to keep those pounds off all of this time.
