I really want to love this place because the location is convenient for me and I love their online booking/payment system but I just can't go here anymore as they just don't do a good job. They also have you book appointments with specific nail techs, but they never match who you actually get for your appointment - so even if you find a nail tech you love - there's no way to guarantee you will get them. These photos speak for themselves. They also use the nail drill on your pedicure which makes your nails thin and more susceptible to breaking.
Very clean and friendly people. I made an appointment and got there early but they were very busy. To my surprise I was at a booth and getting my nails done at the exact time of my appointment. Great price and the lady that did my nails did an amazing job. I would recommend this place. I would have given this place five stars, however there was 1 thing that bothered me and 2 other customers as we locked eyes and nodded with concern. Everyone had a mask on except one girl who was apparently sick. She was coughing non-stop and touching everything with the hand she used to cover her mouth.
Nice salon. Sanitary. Nice staff. Excellent service. My nails came out beautifully.
