I just started going here and haven't really done yoga before. I have a really physical job and haven't been kind to my body for years. I don't think I can articulate how amazing this has been for me. I feel like I've been to the chiropractor, worked out, got a massage, and took a nap and relaxed after every class. I'm slowly gaining mobility and my aches and pains are going away. I feel less tense and happy after every class. I wish I started this years ago. I wish they had more stars to give them

I cannot say enough good things about The Living Seed. I have practiced yoga there for about 6 years, but have been with some of their instructors for much longer. There are classes to fit every style, every mood, every state of physical fitness. Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa and Gentle yoga classes are all an option, as well as Hanna Somatic movement. Traditional yoga is practiced there, not some gimmicky exercise fad. Everyone is encouraged to have their own practice, with no pressure to perform in any way.
