My Rycor experience (referred by Lowe’s) was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Dave was thorough on the front sales end, answered my many questions and worked with me on pricing, Destiny was great on all the detailed paperwork and follow-up, and the best part was the installation team led by Jayden with Wesley, Dylan and Dylan. They were professional with clear communications, gave great attention to detail and look of the installation, and were meticulous in taking care of my house during the whole install process. The installation crew arrived at a timely manner and maintained professional and excellent work ethics in all they did and with each other as a team. Hard to do a review when there’s too many good things to say. Rycor is a phenomenally managed company on every level.
The entire team from site visit, office accounting team, install team were so nice to interact with and it was a true ‘click and sign’ experience. No hidden fees, no upselling, no schedule delays, no broken promises. That’s rare these days. They will also communicate and educate you along the way and provide options for the scope of work, which is really nice.
