Really disappointed in this establishment. I was a costumer for years. I left because they were terrible with time management and often the technician who started my services wouldn’t finish it, my appointments would get interrupted for walk in waxings or other tasks. I recently went back to give it another chance and left very frustrated. I called to make an appointment for the same day in the afternoon they gave me multiple times to choose from. I was scheduled for a gel pedi and dip manicure. I arrived prior to my appointment time and they took me 20 minutes late for my pedicure and when I got up to get my manicure the technician said I would have to wait at least another 30 minutes before she could start on me. I left without the manicure. I understand that a good mani and pedi takes time but a total of 50 minutes of wait time added into a scheduled appointment is unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

I walked in to see if I could get a pedi, I stood there for probably 2 minutes and no one even looked up to acknowledge me, let alone to say hello. I walked back out and went somewhere else. Kindness is free.

I went in for a mani and pedi. The pedicure was great, but the gel manicure was brutal. The technician cut my cuticles back so far I left bleeding on three fingers. Two days in, I have since developed an infection and my fingers are so sore it keeps me awake. Beware!

I got the worst pedicure of my life in this place. They painted all my fingers including the skin, they cut my nails too much and the horrible massage. All bad. I will never go back there. Don't waste your money

I really like this place. I got so sick of making appointments at the other nail place I’ve been going to for 10 years and having to wait an hour. Why even bother making an appointment? This place always takes me on time and ChinLee paints my nails/toes perfectly. So glad I found this place!
