“I recently had my first experience at Essense Medi Spa and it exceeded my expectations. I completed a series of three BioRePeel treatments with Jennifer Peña, a licensed medical aesthetician, and I’m really impressed with the results!

BioRePeel is a 35% TCA dual-phase chemical peel designed to exfoliate, hydrate, and stimulate collagen while targeting acne, scarring, hyperpigmentation, and fine lines. What I appreciated most is that it truly delivers on its promise of little to no downtime. After my first treatment, I had no flaking at all. The second and third treatments resulted in only very minor flaking for a day or two—nothing disruptive.

After each session, Jen provided a Skinceuticals cream to support the healing process, and she was thorough in explaining how to use it and what to expect. She’s very knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly passionate about her work. Even though she’s a friend, this was my first time as a client, and she handled everything with professionalism while making me feel comfortable and informed throughout.

The spa itself is very clean and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s also conveniently located for me, as I live in Wappinger and work in Beacon.
