Alicia was extremely professional and personable. She took her time to answer and explain in detail every question I asked She went into great detail about the procedures, and didn't begin until I was comfortable. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing any extra services. The Spa was clean and I felt very comfortable. Thank You very much for a wonderful experience!
