Access Physical Therapy & Wellness is highly recommended. The facility is very clean, and the staff is kind, caring, and friendly. They make patients feel comfortable with great conversations and jokes. Therapists are informed, caring, and quality, with a creative, gentle, and systematic approach. They helped patients avoid surgery for a meniscus injury, get the knee straight, restore mobility, and improve an old arthritic shoulder’s pain level and range of motion. Office staff is lovely, and all workers are amazing. The experience is great, and the therapists are very good.
I was so impressed by this facility and especially the conscientious and uplifting treatment I received from Hallie Klosterman! She is informed and caring and I avoided surgery for my multiple tear meniscus injury working w her! Have already brought all of my family members to this place when they have been in need of PT and all the other clinicians are quality as well! Grateful they are here right in our small town.
Denise and Andrew, are the Best...My wrist is almost back to normal, after my Sessions, here...The Staff is kind, and caring...I highly recommend Access, in New Paltz, they are very good Therapists ! Thank you to All ! 👍
I highly recommend Bailey Pepper and Andrew Chen from Access in NP. Their approach to healing my old arthritic shoulder has made a tremendous different in my pain level and range of motion. Creative, gentle but systematic approach has changed how I feel and my ability to move in ways I haven’t been able to in years. Great experience.
