I cannot express enough on how AMAZING this dental office is! I haven't gone to a dentist in such a long time due to terrible experiences, anxiety/ fear towards dentists, insurance not being accepted at certain offices or lack of coverage for certain procedures. Tooth Time dental were not only very professional but very patient, informative, they didn't judge the conditions of my mouth. They made me feel comfortable and at ease, ZERO anxiety while with them. The dental hygienist I saw a month ago kept checking to see if I'm ok and in no pain while she was doing my cleaning. Dental cleaning was done efficiently. I have receding gums so I am sensitive to air and cold water. She took care of that wirh a numbing gel which she applied quite liberally. It worked. Quite well.

The staff and Dr Shah is friendly and attentive and all do a good job every time I am there for my dental care. My only issue with their practice is that they are always running late on appointments--not just a few minutes wait but hours. I waited to get seated for an hour and there's also about 2 30-minutes wait while seated on the dental chair--there's a wait for the doctor to check/consult with me and another wait for my actual cleaning.
The consult was about 10 minutes and the actual cleaning is 20 minutes. I was in that office from 3:30 to 6:00 pm.
