I had a tuneup by TF O’Brien and for the past couple weeks, I noticed it was a little noisy my air conditioner. I have to to get a new transformer. The technician, Robert Badillo was excellent he came on time. He replaced the filters for my air conditioner and took it away. He checked everything and did everything on time. Very pleased with TF O’Brien and the technician. I asked if he could come back and replace the transformer. Been getting air-conditioners from them for the past 30 years after have trying other air conditioner companies.
Chris was the extremely thorough and professional. He answered all our questions very clearly and explained everything. I have used other cooling and heating companies in the past and none have come close to Chris’ professionalism, thoroughness and ability and patience in explaining everything. If I could give more than five stars I would.
