I am very pleased with T.F.O’Brien. The service technician Nick Clark was professional and knowledgeable. The company provides great customer service. I highly recommend using them for either a new system or to service the system you currently have.
TF O'Brien helped convert our heating system from oil to gas, update our our cooling system, and install a generator. Chris was awesome and explained everything very well. It was a pleasure to have the TF O'Brien staff in our home. They were incredibly professional, performed quality work, and answered any questions we had. I'd highly recommend TF O'Brien.
The technician was patient and professional. He performed a thorough diagnosis. Some suggestions were made to help improve performance of my split system. Time will tell if those suggestions will prove to be sufficient. I was satisfied with the call despite it being canceled the day prior towards the end of the 5 hour visit window provided.
