I started out looking for a roofing contractor that I could trust and had several different people visit the home. We used to preferred exteriors to do our roofing system, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. From the minute that they pulled up at the house and the care that they took for everything around my property, the quality and the workmanship is fantastic. Their office and field staff was extremely pleasant to work with. Christina in their office kept me informed every step along the way in terms of materials and scheduling and made the whole process very easy for us. Great experience. We had our entire roof, gutter, leader, facia, skylight window replaced. It is a big project and the team handled it very well. The team coordinated very well and get the project finished in a very short period of time.
My wife and I could not be happier with our recent roof replacement from Preferred Exterior.
From the start, they were responsive and thorough in answering all my questions, both the office and the project manager who came to meet me at our house and walk through the details of the installation.
The day of our installation, it was immediately clear how organized and thorough the foreman and crew were. They had coordinated with the office team and were already handling some of the more intricate details of the installation that I had been concerned about (flashing where roof meets house siding of my split level home as one example).... read full review
