Currently going to this gym and it is 1 of the best gyms I have ever signed up for . 1 of the best gyms to go to when you have a car . There’s usually always parking even on the busy days . Best times to work out there are the mornings and nights to avoid the rush . lots of machines and dumbbells to use for every single body part you want to work out . The personal trainers there are helpful and informative on getting you the information you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle and build muscle . They have a swimming pool and a jacuzzi there also . There are a lot of negative reviews for this location, but honestly it’s not nearly as bad as people make it seem. My wife and I go together regularly and genuinely enjoy our gym sessions here. The atmosphere is motivating, the vibe is good, and the facility is clean — not spotless, but definitely maintained well enough for a busy gym. The equipment isn’t brand new, but it’s still in solid condition and gets the job done. As for the smell, it’s manageable… and realistically, that’s a common complaint at most gyms on Long Island anyway. One thing I appreciate is how easy it is to get in and out. First of all. 5 stars for Jessica the Pilates instructor ALONE ? someone tell her that her class is the best reformer Pilates class I’ve ever taken. Between the ambience and the set up, the freshness of the equipment, and her teaching style, the experience felt quite elevated and I had a great time. Loved her purple lululemon outfit and contrasted pink nails as well. She made me feel like I mattered which I appreciated. Her class was great. Flexibility, strength, etc.
Now on to the gym itself. It’s decently clean, spacious, and has a great amount of equipment as well as all the amenities. Definitely one of the better locations I’ve been to. But... read full review
