Luke was amazing. He helped tune my daughters violin in under 5 mins and gave me great tips on books and tutorials I can suggest to my kids who are starting to play piano and violin.

Ricky was the most helpful salesperson I ever found in America. He didn't have what I need in the store, but he dedicated a lot of effort in solving my problem, to the point of calling nearby places to help me find what I needed. And he was successful!All that in a Saturday evening, last minute before closing the store. Thank you Ricky!

My family and I are incredibly happy and appreciative of the service we received from Catalano Music. My daughter broke a string on her instrument the day of her NYSSMA performance and we were able to bring the instrument to Catalano Music Center at the last minute in order to have the string replaced. They did an amazing job replacing the string on such short notice. We are lucky to have such a reputable music store in our neighborhood.
