Albert is really good at what he does! Professional, understanding, and knowledgeable of muscles and pain points. After a few sessions, my muscle pains were relieved and I continue going to him till this day! 10/10 recommend!
Simply the best. I go to AB every 2 to 3 weeks specifically for deep tissue and therapeutic work, and he simply has no peer. What sets him apart is his ability to deliver just the right amount of power. Whether I'm dealing with tightness in the back, shoulder pain, hammies, calf issues, tennis elbow...u name it..he's addressed each with skill and precision. He expertly customizes each session to my needs, making a real difference every time. You will notice meaningful results. Albert is by far one of the best massage therapists you will go to. He is very good at knowing what your body needs and adjusts accordingly. He gives great advice on how to take care of your body with stretches and exercises to keep you healthy. I am a registered nurse and those long shifts have quite the toll on me and he is very good at finding those areas that need extra attention. Whether you’re an athlete, healthcare professional or just someone looking to improve their body’s mobility and health, Albert is the guy you go to!
