I had a great experience here. Ryan was honest, skilled, and made sure everything looked natural while keeping me comfortable the whole time. Bella, the patient coordinator, was amazing and always quick to answer my questions. This was my first cosmetic experience and I admittedly was nervous and unsure; my anxieties were met with understanding and lots of positive re-assurance. Trust the process! The whole team was warm and welcoming—not pushy or trying to upsell—just genuinely focused on what was best for me and that I loved the results. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been to the New Hartford office twice once for lip flip and once for lip filler. Just recently did lip filler with Lacy C and the experience was fantastic, she was fast, professional, and friendly! Can’t wait to go back in May for another appointment.
