Dr. Bono is always great as he takes care in looking at the details and health of my eyes. He listens and gives good advice. However, the rest of staff need to know the costs of the images when talking to someone who’s paying out of pocket. I was told I had a choice between eye drops or images (no mention of 2 image options). In deciding which to choose, I was told the images are $35 or $39 (I forgot which she said, but thirty-something) out of pocket. I agreed to have images done based on that. Everyone in this office is very friendly. My son has autism Dr. Katie is always very friendly. Very kind and patient with him. I also see her myself. Went in Friday for a eye issue. She helped me figure it out. Family friendly here. ?

Saw Dr Sam Bono and was very pleased. He and his staff were very thorough and engaging. I've recently had bad experiences with eye care but would absolutely recommend New Hartford Eye Associates
