This studio is an absolute vibe. Every instructor is amazing, understanding, helpful, and always in a good mood. Truly a great experience. Beginners & Basics is a great class to get introduced to Yoga. Love it!
Jackie is always amazing. Very attentive to each and every client. Is not afraid to walk the room and give one on one adjustments for safety. The class is yoga basics and very easy to follow. I definitely recommend Jackie and in bloom yoga overall! I’ve also taken classes with Colleen. She is one of the best instructors I’ve taken classes from. Her sequences are smooth and the way she teaches just feels comfortable. This studio feels like home.
The class I attended was a well-led slow flow class with pleasant music and thoughtful cueing. The teacher was measured and articulate and I felt very comfortable following along. Unfortunately the schedule said it was a Power Flow, which is the class I had wanted to take. I would recommend the schedule be updated to list what is actually being taught at this time. The class was very good, for what it was. It just wasn't what is published on the schedule (Mondays 9:30am). I still want to take a Power Flow but not sure how to do that if the class description doesn't match what is being taught.
