Not impressed with my pedicure. It was expensive for nothing special. Felt like I got a polish change and not an actual pedicure. Heels are still rough

If I could give them one star I would. Been coming here off and on since HS. I made an appt to treat myself before my vacation to get my nails done. I got there at 440. I asked to use the bathroom. My appt was at 445pm plenty of time. Well I waited til 5pm before anyone finally said something to me. They were backed up. A little girl and her Dad walked in she immediately helps them. What is the point of making an appt if you have to wait almost 30 mins. My time is just as valuable. Now I know why I stopped getting my nails done. Not one Salon is this area is worth the cost. I've tried many.

Not very pleased with how thin they are. They aren’t really good with medium- long nails.

Very poor pedicure. Normally a regular pedicure will last 3 to 4 weeks. The evening I had my pedicure done I already had a chip out of the polish on one toe and polish was 1/4 gone on another nail. Also the edge of my big toe was scratchy like it had not been filed. I returned the next day. The nail tech fixed it and was very apologetic, that is the reason I am giving one star. She apologized to me several times. The two men at the counter never apologized when I walked in and told them about the problem. Here it is two days later and polish is off yet another nail!! Very disappointed with this pedicure and I would not recommend this nail salon.

NOT TRANS FRIENDLY. Charged $69 when quoted $32 on the phone(matte black acrylics). The first person wouldn't do my nails so they sent me to another one.I asked for stiletto tips and was ignored. It felt very rushed like they just wanted me out of there and my thumb tip is so uneven (picture included)

Tuesday I had to come in to have 3 gel dip natural nails repaired because the polish was chipping away. They were fixed and now, I have another nail on the other hand that part of the polish just snapped off. I have never had problems like this before and I won't keep coming in for repairs. It shouldn't be happening and I understand it is happening to many other customers. My nail tech is wonderful but something is wrong with the product. I was told the owner is aware of the situation but isn't correcting it.

Tony did a good job but when filling my nail with the machine he came to close to my cuticles, skin which make my skin peel
