I was referred to CCNY Tech as I was looking for a processor to troubleshoot a system. When I called, they were very helpful and knowledgeable, and extremely kind. They told me to come by and they would try and help. When I arrived, I was greeted and shown in. The facility is amazing, and all three gentlemen I spoke with were amazing. They found what I needed in a few minutes!!!! Amazing. I will definitely return with work, and highly recommend CCNY Tech for ANY computer technical needs. Our situation started out as an emergency after a Randomware attack on a Friday morning. CCNY reacted immediately with Dickie and Ryan here witnin a couple hours. They reacted as if we had a full coverage contract even though I had not followed that advice. The response was as efficient throughout the weekend and following week until our servers and PC's were cleared of the virus. Ryan and Peter took over to restore and reprogram our system. Ryan has followed up as programming needed to be adjusted to get us back to as close to normal as possible.
