I had a consultation with Casey today and no one was even in the building. I was sitting in my car for ten minutes with no communication. I ended up leaving without getting any services. No thanks.

So the owner felt the need to call and bother me on a Sunday about my review. Which is a review about MY experience. Anyways, when Casey called me I explained to her when you type it in on Apple Maps, it takes you to their old salon. Their old salon which still has a sign up, furniture inside, and could pass for a still running business. She then tried to berate me saying my review could make her “small business look bad”. I don’t care. It’s your job as a business owner to make sure EVERY platform has the correct address. Also, maybe you should take down the sign from the other business? Just a thought. I also called Casey’s phone yesterday around my appointment time to confirm I was in the right place and she never even answered my call or even called me back. Absolutely horrible communication unless you leave a bad review. Anyways, if you wanna get harassed on the weekends by the owner because you left a review reflecting your experience then by all means book with them. If you look at the negative reviews, you’ll see that casey poorly running her business is normal. Because the last thing you’re gonna do, Casey, is come on here and not tell the entire phone call we had. Don’t call me again. Stop bothering people who leave negative reviews. It’s weird and poor business.

Casey is great! She tinted my hair a perfect color brown that I was going for and made it look beautiful. She’s funny, easy to talk to and always gives her honest opinion when it comes to hair. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

Casey is the best thing to have ever happened to my hair! She corrected my color after years of diy and has maintained my hard-to-cover greys flawlessly. My hair used to be like straw; it is so much healthier now that she’s worked her magic!

If you’ve ever thought about bringing your kids here, don’t!? I’ve had my license for about a year now and I had a little fender bender in the parking lot, nobody even noticed and I still got out and got the owner of the car to make sure there were no damages. She says there wasn’t yet Casey still chose to take a video of me and post it on her business Facebook making fun of/embarrassing me for everyone to see:( she also tired to call about an hour later with a supposed “scuff” on the car, kinda suspicious to me as I was there offering to wipe the car down to get a BETTER look??. Anyways my hair was horrible she cut hair off of the back of my head after I told her how much I liked it just cause she “didn’t do mullets”. I DONT HAVE A MULLET.

I couldn’t believe it when I got a snarky attitude for parking in the “wrong” parking spot. There was no visible lines or outlines of the parking spot the lady asked me to park in. You would think if you’re running a business that you would have a proper parking lot but I guess not. If you want a chopped up haircut and attitude this place is perfect for you!

I am PISSED!! I started coming here when my hairdresser who I loved moved out of state. I have very long thick dark hair that I need roots done every 3-4 weeks and I need the ends trimmed every few months. I don't use heat and barely use a blow dryer on my hair. It's long and healthy!! This past appointment was a nightmare. I asked for a TRIM specifically saying no more than a half inch dusting off the ends!! Casey decided to cut 3-4 inches off with out saying a word! Never said she was cutting more, never told me what she was doing,just CUT! Then says after she cut "I took more off than usual" I didn't even notice how MUCH it really was until I got in the car and flipped my hair forward and then after styling at home (I left with wet hair). She swept up what was on the floor super fast. I messaged her saying I was very upset and then she lies and said I asked her to cut off what was "dead"!!!! My hair was NOT DEAD. I absolutely never said any such thing!! I sent before pictures to prove so to her in the message thread. My hair is shiny and healthy!!!! My hair wasn't dead, that's an excuse and a blatant LIE !!! WHY she did this I don't know!!! She offered me $45 back and says "well your hair is still mad long" and other defensive messages with "lol" at the end of them. So totally unacceptable!!! I'm FURIOUS and will NEVER return here!!!

Casey is very talented. She makes my eyelashes look absolutely beautiful and stays up on all the newest techniques for hair care and color. she takes the time to get to know you personally. there is no rushing very comfortable and clean salon cannot recommend honey hair hive enough!
